He studied &#8220;Sales Engineering and Product Management&#8221; at the Ruhr-University Bochum from 2005 to 2011 before he received his doctorate in 2017. His research interests include generative artificial intelligence, strategic decision-making, and digital transformation in small and medium-sized enterprises. He has published on artificial intelligence in B2B sales, digital maturity models for industrial sales processes, and innovation management competencies.
