Christian Ahlfeld is a post-doctoral researcher at the Chair of Industrial Sales and Service Engineering (ISSE) at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at the Ruhr-University Bochum. He studied “Sales Engineering and Product Management” at the Ruhr-University Bochum from 2005 to 2011 before he received his doctorate in 2017. His research focuses on selected topics in both product and sales management with the aim of gaining a deeper understanding of innovation and sales processes to improve innovativeness and performance of especially small and medium-sized companies.
