Charlotte Knickrehm is a research assistant and PhD student at the Chair for Industrial Sales and Service Engineering at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at the Ruhr University Bochum (GER). She completed her B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Sales Engineering and Product Management.
In the context of her PhD, she is working on the adoption, acceptance, and success of artificial intelligence based information systems in the context of B2B sales. Her research interests also include the use of machine learning with multimedia inputs.
