Christoph Ksouri-Gerwien is a research assistant at the Chair of Industrial Sales and Service Engineering. He received his BSc and MSc in Sales Engineering and Product Management from the Ruhr-Universität Bochum. Christoph works in two funded business model innovation projects. One to develop knowledge-based business models in the field service of SMEs (SerWiss). The other one to innovate the business model of a start-up (Pay-per-Motion). His research focus is business model simulation with System Dynamics.
